Terms of Service
Effective October 19, 2026
These Terms govern use of YES, IF. By using the service, creating a rescue room, or submitting buyer conditions, you agree to these Terms.
What the service does
YES, IF lets a seller create a private link for a stalled deal and lets a buyer state conditions that could make the deal proceed. YES, IF is a deal-recovery workflow tool and is not a party to the underlying seller/buyer contract. The service records those conditions and lets the seller mark one response accepted.
No contract is created
A rescue-room response or acceptance inside YES, IF is a communication aid. It does not itself create, amend, or replace a contract, quote, purchase order, change order, financing agreement, invoice, or professional advice. The seller and buyer are responsible for completing any required agreement outside the service before relying on new terms or beginning work.
Seller responsibilities
- Sellers are responsible for their offers, pricing, work, taxes, contracts, permits, and compliance. Use the service only for lawful deals you are authorized to handle.
- Enter accurate information and share private links only with the intended recipient.
- For historical rooms created under the completion-reporting agreement, report any payment received, including a deposit, within 7 calendar days after receipt. Do not conceal completed transactions, misstate payment status, or arrange off-platform payment to avoid the disclosed recovery fee.
- Protect your sign-in account and promptly delete links or records that should no longer be available.
- Comply with privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, licensing, tax, and industry rules that apply to your business.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must provide truthful information, avoid submitting sensitive payment or identity information in free-text fields, and use only links they are authorized to access. A buyer's confirmation means the buyer is prepared to move forward if the stated conditions are met, subject to any separate agreement required by the parties.
Seller offer-review acknowledgment
For rooms with the offer-review agreement, a seller must check a separate acknowledgment before viewing each new buyer offer. The acknowledgment requires the seller to record acceptance or rejection through YES IF within 7 calendar days after opening the offer. It does not authorize a charge. Declining an offer does not create a fee. New prepaid rooms have no additional recovery percentage. For historical rooms with a separately agreed recovery fee, falsely declining or failing to record an acceptance does not eliminate a fee owed on a deal actually accepted and paid.
Buyer acknowledgment and payment reporting
Before submitting conditions, buyers must expressly acknowledge that, if their conditions are accepted, they will record completion and report payment through YES IF within 7 calendar days after paying the seller and will not knowingly conceal the transaction outcome. New prepaid rooms have no additional recovery percentage; historical seller obligations retain their agreed terms. Buyers owe YES IF no recovery fee, penalty, or share of the seller’s fee under this acknowledgment. It does not authorize charging a buyer or guarantee that a buyer will purchase.
After submitting conditions, a buyer can bookmark their payment-report page and return in the same browser. A secure browser receipt limits access to the response submitted from that browser. It does not verify a buyer’s identity, bank transaction, or receipt of funds. Reports are declarations and may be reviewed by the seller and authorized support personnel. The seller must independently confirm actual receipt. Separate contracts, delivery obligations, and payment to the seller remain outside YES IF.
Prepaid rooms and current prices
New rooms purchased under prepaid-rooms-v1 have no additional recovery percentage, buyer fee, or cancellation penalty. Single rescue costs $29 once for one buyer/project room, without a subscription. Small Business costs $49 per billing month for 10 new rooms. Business costs $99 per billing month for 30 new rooms. Monthly plans renew until canceled through billing. A billing month follows the subscription’s payment dates, not the calendar month. Plan descriptions and exact charges are shown before checkout.
A paid monthly customer may separately purchase one extra room for $10. Extras are never automatically billed. Monthly allowances and their extras expire at the end of the current paid billing period; unused allowance does not roll over. Unactivated Single rescue allowance does not expire. One activation consumes one allowance even if the buyer never responds, the seller declines, or the deal does not close. Revised conditions for the same buyer/project within the same room do not consume another allowance. An allowance cannot be shared across different buyers/projects or regained by deleting a room.
A Small Business customer may expressly purchase a $50 Business upgrade, adding 20 rooms until the current paid billing period ends. After payment verification, the subscription changes to $99/month for 30 rooms at the next existing billing date. The $50 upgrade is a full charge, not prorated; its expiry and upcoming renewal are disclosed before purchase. Cancellation settings are preserved. The upgraded current allowance totals 30 rooms, including any already used. Upgrades and extras may be temporarily unavailable near renewal to avoid an expired purchase.
Payment must be verified by Stripe before allowance is granted or a real room activated. Returning from checkout alone is not proof of payment. Additional authentication may be needed. A failed or incomplete payment provides no allowance. Unused rooms from refunded or disputed payments may be suspended pending review; associated buyer links may be paused, while business records remain available for support review. A chargeback or refund does not erase the payment or usage history.
Canceling stops future renewal, not the remainder of an already paid allowance. Paid, activated rooms remain usable until their individual link expiry, subject to security, dispute and legal restrictions, even after membership ends. Continued creation requires available paid allowance. Practice demos use sample data only and never create real buyer links or charges. Existing expressly authorized free pilots and owner verification rooms remain fee-free.
Historical billing
Preexisting rooms, recovery fees and expressly recorded authorizations retain their previous arrangements; no existing obligation is erased or automatically enrolled in a new policy. New prepaid rooms never create a separate recovery fee. Existing $99/month subscribers may receive Business allowance from a verified paid billing-period invoice without changing their saved price or increasing their renewal. Historical cancellation or billing questions should be raised through Support.
Reporting disputes and nonpayment
A buyer report alone does not establish that a seller received funds or authorize collection. For new prepaid rooms, payment reporting is an activity record and does not create an additional charge. Report incorrect payment declarations or billing disagreements through Support. We may review recorded acknowledgments, accepted conditions and payment declarations, send reporting reminders, and suspend access for deliberate evasion or nonpayment following review. Billing obligations and records may be retained when membership ends. These Terms impose no automatic fine, buyer liability for the seller’s fee, or automatic attorney-fee award. Any collection action must comply with applicable law.
Refund requests and billing mistakes
For a room purchase, monthly plan, or historical recovery-fee refund request, or a charge you believe is incorrect, contact getyesif@gmail.com or use Support. Include your account email and the charge date and amount; do not send card details. Contact us before activating unused purchased rooms if you want to request a refund. We review requests individually and correct confirmed duplicate charges, billing errors or failure to supply the purchased service. An activated room is not refundable solely because a buyer does not respond, an offer is declined, a deal fails to close, or either party changes their mind. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected. Canceling membership stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous payments. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use YES, IF to break the law, deceive or harass another person, send unsolicited bulk messages, probe or bypass security, access another seller's information, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service.
Availability and results
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but availability and deal outcomes are not guaranteed. Examples, forecasts, and recovery-rate targets are illustrative and are not promises of revenue or performance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, YES, IF is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed business results. YES, IF is not responsible for the underlying deal, the parties' performance, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Rooms with opened buyer offers under a paid-deal reporting agreement or financial history require support review instead of self-service deletion; stopping use does not erase an existing obligation.
